Edit:
@moogoo that's not the point I meant to tell you guys about though 😁
About the flagship device shipping by June is no mystery, that's their habit every year.

. I just hope they will finally show us proper camera software...

Using an Xperia 1, I have to disagree. Their camera software isn't perfect, but it's very potent and filled with unique features.

Also using an Xperia 1. The main camera and the wide angle camera are pretty good, but the software is not perfect. Too slow to switch camera, slow to save, slow to compute night shots etc. Also not always providing the expected result. If they would just optimize the code (fast, consistent etc.) it would help a lot. Manual mode is really strong on Xperia 1 and I appreciate that Sony is not overdoing all the computational "fake" fotos (fake night shots, fake bokeh, fake light/contrast/colors etc.)

OK, I think we can agree here. I thought you were referring to image processing.

This is a issue seen on other phones too.
Something we did not use to have before.
Xperia 1 and 5, Sammy Note 9 , 10 and S10, nokia 9, pixel 3 and 4.

Whats the issue? I don't quite understand.

And from reading this article below, it seems all upcoming Xperia phones will be able to use the power cum fingerprint sensor!

Latest on Android Next is a rumour the renders we've been seeing are the new Xperia 10 for midrange and not the 5.

Too good to be midrange.
But when prototypes of xa2u and 10+ had their photos on internet, people thought they were xz2 and x1.
Who knows .....

Few phones including xperia 1 and 5 have been told to have slow cam app.
That transition between modes lag .
Samsung Note 9 and 10 too. I play with note 10 on Carrefour and itis very slow to switch between modes.
Nokia 9 cam app is slow too.
