I spoke to a guy in phones4u, who was convinced the K700 lacked any ability to play MP3 files, or use them as ringtones. Although he reckoned it had 64 voice polyphonic.
Like that's going to make a difference to midi tunes...
I tried to explain wave tables and the like, but left when they started selling me the 6230.

I'm in the US but I want to get the K700 when it's released to anybody (europe or asia). Any ideas on how I should go about making an import purchase? Should I order it direct from SE E-shop from a european website? Or buy the phone without a plan from one of the carriers?
any suggestion/advice is appreciated.
