nes- don't wait for their call. it would be better to go there and demand for your warranty sticker. don't forget your receipt .

@bonito, I know it's not a big deal, but they promise to call me up. that's the first time i bought a phone from them and it gave me a bad impression. I think u need the official receipt when upgrading the phone from smartnet, actually the phone is not mine may nagpabili lang sa akin, i think it's a gift for somone, nakakahiya naman siguro if you gift wrap the phone with the O.R. attached.

Nes- jus bring the receipt with imei n show ur unit with the same imei and request the sticker. Ask for RED sticker.

the last time i went to demand my sticker, they insist that i bring the phone with me , the receipt is not enough the problem is wala sa akin yun unit. bad trip nga e lumlabas na i'm a liar. the cs promise that the sticker will be available the next time i pick up my VIP card. pag punta ko sabi wala daw kaming usapan.

@pretty: wala nang pag-asa yung name e. thanks for helping me work it out. di na rin alam san hahagilapin yun driver. will just pull it out when i pass by rockwell. btw, remember the 2 3210 batteries i bought at megamall at NE exhibit? my sister said yun isang battery bigla daw humina. ususally 3-4 days standby sya kasi texting-texting lang naman yun bigla daw naging 1 day nalang kahit di masyado ginangamit. pwede bang pa-replace?
