No, I dont think they are the same. Look at the screw on the right bottom corner on these pictures. They have different exposure.
without a doubt those pictures are same! just check the name and file size, and also try to open both pictures in seperate tab using firefox, then alternately switch to the next tab to one another.. you will see what i mean..

the date and time are the same because i used a vkp to change folder of cam driver, then i just rename the cam driver on memory phone. is too fast to do it.
