My version

Phone: R3A004
Bluetooth: R3A001
Organizer: R3A06
CDA: R3A03

And it works for me ..

I have phone lock on tho .. that might be it? I have to enter a pin to unlock the phone. Need to have it like that because of the corporate mail access (active sync).

If the phone is locked and I press alt or shift, I get to se the phone as if unlocked for a few seconds, wich is enough for me ..

Still it would be better if the locked screen showed missed calls and messages..

Well so far so good with this little device. Still cant get internet which is a bummer, but hey, for the time being its ok. My battery is almost dead, for the first time. Its lasted 2 days of setting it up, playing music and writing messages. That also includes 2 updates without recharging (risky I know! ). So im quite impressed!

@efjay

no, not when you sync with Outlook on a PC/laptop - the categories are not preserved. Not sure about ActiveSync though

Could someone please check out wether the webbrowser is capable of displaying the videos on popular streaming sites like youtube.com and/or video.google.com?

With the new firmware, is it still necessary to deactivate onscreen handwriting recognition in order to speed up the responsivenes of the user interface?

Thanks in advance!

I tested out a couple of streaming sites for someone asking the same a few pages back, one worked and one didn't though I can't remember what the site was so take a read of the recent pages in the thread

I just tried youtube for you and that doesn't work. Its says that either javascript is turned off (which it isn't) or you don't have the latest version of flash player

I found a charging issue when charging via USB. My device had about 20% left this morning, and I attached it to the USB cable and the charging started and went fairly quick up to about 90% (about 3 hours). I could also feel that the battery was warm from the charge.
But then it dropped to 85%, the 83% and now it more or less stays at this charge and the battery is no longer warm. So, it seems the charge slows down at the end of the charge cycle, but it slows down too much and the device consumes more than the charging can provide.

@Coxy - did mine from the SE site. Which network are you on? Can you post your settings?

Using O2 pay as you go, just for the free usage. No option whether you want payg or contract though.
