Does anyone here know for sure how much Blackberry would cost to add onto my Flext 25+web and walk plus tariff on T-Mobile?
I have asked T-mobile and had three different answers:
1st: We can activate it tonight and it is free on my tariff
2nd: You will need to change to flext 25 +web and walk plus with blackberry for no extra a month but it wont happen until my next billing date 3 weeks away.
3rd: basically the same as the first but it will cost an extra £5 a month.
I may try again in the morning and see what they say.

If I go onto my T-mobile (manage my account from their website) I can add "mobile email" for free. Dont know what they mean by mobile email though.
Also noted that on their website if go for flext web and walk with blackberry it is £2.50 a month cheaper than just flext web and walk. Its cheaper to get a contract with blackberry activated.

Indian government already rules against the necessity to have providers "snoop" into all emails for Indian BB users.
Amid the raging controversy over Blackberry operations by mobile service providers, the government on Friday ruled out banning the service but said security aspects would be looked into.

"We will discuss the issue with the Telecom Commission... the country's security is of paramount importance," Telecom Minister A Raja told reporters on sidelines of a function.

The government is in discussion with the cellular operators like Bharti Airtel [Get Quote], Vodafone Essar and Reliance Communications [Get Quote] and the issue would be resolved soon.

Telecom Secretary Siddartha Behura said, "We are keen to resolve the issue at the earliest but there is no question of banning the Blackberry services."
