now trying to encode a video at these settings:
H.264 Baseline profile video, up to QVGA at 30fps,
VBR 384 kbps (max 768 kps) with
AAC+ audio at 128 kbps (max 255 kbps),
will let you know how it goes.......

I had try it for sometime and it was working properly with my settings is QVGA 30 fps framerate 512 kbps AAC 128 kbps with Any Video Converter.
