jmb, theoretically, no... but just to be safe, I would use the data widget to turn data transmission completely off until needed. The X10 Mini has a default widget just for that and is pretty useful to cut all gprs/3g data until you turn it back on. It's a one-button widget, not a shortcut to the settings menu so it's much handier than some apps/widgets out there.

Or you could download APNdroid to disable data transfer

SMODA widget does a good job too, but if all you do is manually enable and disable it, I'd reco sticking with the built in data widget... why waste storage space? Until we get a FroYo update where we can move all the apps to the SD card, I wouldn't really wanna waste precious phone memory on a widget I already had.

It is now possible to buy battery covers for X10 mini pro on eBay:
Black, Red and Pearl White are available.

Also worth noting that those covers are not genuine
and do not have the Xperia badge/sticker on them

I'm waiting for an official silver cover. I don't know how pink is a "pro" color.

I'll be sticking to my original Pearl white cover. Even if I did change the cover it wouldn't look right as on my white X10 mini pro. The volume and camera buttons are also Pearl White and do not come off with the battery cover unlike the standard X10 Mini.

I think the covers are genuine, the thing is that the Xperia sticker should be separately put on the battery cover. It does not come as a part of the cover.
