well, its kinda boring, as its more of a business hub. there are areas downtown thats kind of interesting at night though.
update: erm, good cybercafes are ALSO usually downtown. if u have a notebook, u can always surf wirelessly at Starbucks, BK, or Delifrance.
PS: what are u doing in little india!? take the mrt to orchard dude. or go sentosa. lol.
