Thanks,

BTW,next time before critisizing any driver,do a full check/test first before jumping to any conclusions....i do more than 5x of testing to prove that it works or it sucks....then i would leave a feedback...
Cheers!

There wasnt any criticism in my post, believe me. Everyone here does his best to bring us some good driver and i appreciate all of them. It was just a statement of fact and I was wondering if theres anybody else with the same experience when testing .123 And as I said, I did test it a few times, not just once, but .123 really focused much slower until i reinserted the batt. (I dont reinsert battery commonly when testing drivers but maybe I will from now:-)) Peace with you man:-)

Hi there everyone,
been following this thread for some time now. The results achieved are awesome!
But I've got 2 questions:

1. @ aksd: after going through all pages of this thread, have I missed the part where you show how to mod the driver? [as you said you had posted some kind of a tutorial on how to mod it]

2. @ ady_k4e: would it be possible for you to show us how to activate 8x / 16x zoom in the camera driver by ourselves? that would be awesome. [maybe you two could get together and make something like a complete cam driver modding tutorial]

Greetings & keep up the great work!

Maybe it is becoz of w800i is using f/s R1BC002 and k750i is using R1CA021...

@QuickShare

Wow, just checked out your Flickr's photos. They are gorgeous!! You made me think that either there's something wrong with me or there's something wrong with my w800 (or both). I can't take a picture half as good as any of yours....

I originally didn't want to mess with FAR but you made me want to try (so, I would rather believe that there's something wrong with the driver then, heh heh).

Sorry for a stupid question but I have to ask. I have been reading the whole thread in the past 2 hours and there are quite a number of comparisons of the pictures.

I am a noob in photography and I don't see much difference in most of the comparisons. So, my question is: does the resolution/quality of the screen contributes part of the difference? I am using my laptop with WXGA screen. Will the difference be more "noticeable" in a screen with higher resolution (say, WSXGA+)? I really feel dumb when I look at the comparison photos.... For some of the pictures, the side-by-side pictures really look the same to me... X-( ....
