Why does this low iso (40) shot look so strange?

Higher iso shots look even more ridiculous. Samples from CES looked better than this shot. Maybe, with so amny shooting modes, the result can vary a lot? Oversharpening and chroma noise are gone, but...

much better oppo find 5 camera than this another piece of crap sony xperia 13 mp unit. Shame again sony !!!

If true, Sony needs to share some of its engineers from the NEX/Alpha/Cybershot division to the Sony Mobile division. It's seriously poor showing if other OEMs are getting better results from Sony's own sensors.
