yah the 8mp ones are definitely better than the 20mp ones. hopefully that will change with updates.

i'm guessing these pics are also off a proto firmware too..

Do you guys think the C6903 will work on US T-mobile 4G since the only difference i found is C6903 support LTE 800 / 850 / 900 / 1700 / 1800 / 1900 / 2100 / 2600 and C6906 support LTE 700 / 850 / 900/ 1700 / 1900 / 2100 / 2600.

US Tmobile LTE only uses band 4, which is fully supported by C6903. If you want to use Tmobile, you're fine.

If you wanted to use AT&T LTE, you would need C6906, since AT&T uses 4 and 17.

I won't bother with 20.7MP, because for me 8MP widescreen is a win already.

8Mpix is more than enough.. the downsizing method has been proven to work very well by now, just look at any 5 or 8mpix image from a pureview system.

The Sony Xperia Z1 has a 1/2.3“ sensor, Apple have said the New (same) iPhone 5s has a new larger sensor does anyone know if the new sensor is the same size as the Z1 and are Sony still manufacturing the camera

Apple said 15% larger sensor area! The new module includes a five-element, Apple-designed lens with f/2.2 aperture and -- this is important -- a 15 percent larger active sensor area to help cut down on noise.
The iPhone 5 had 1/3.2".
The 1/2.3" sensor would not fit in the iPhone body.

Great little graph, thanks!

I really want a phone with an 1 inch sensor.. that would be the ultimate tool

New firmware version has been rolled out for Xperia Z1. It will be the first update for those who get the Z1 in the next few days

Version 14.1.G.1.526

Probably brings some nice improvements to Camera quality.
