Echelon>- Are you refering the "i" sw or CD manual sw? I don't think you could dl the "i" sw from SE website. Or else why do SE appoints SC or SP all over the world to do the upgrading. Beside I understand from our SESC they will not guarantee should anything goes wrong if the downloading is from the website or even something happens to your phone due to the downloading. If you say about the CD manual sw, it could be possible.
loonee>- Yes, you can do the upgrading in Singapore without having to be a subscriber of our network providers. But you have to pay for it. Probably more expensive. Even in Singapore all our T68 owners with valid warranty cards have to pay too. It will not be free. But I have to highlight to you one thing, if your network provider do not support MMS in Indonesia, you could not utilise the services even though you have upgraded to "i" sw.

TonyG> Thanks for the quick response!!!
I meant the CD Manual SW, I had the phone upgraded at Goldhill. I asked whether they can change the cover to the T68i, they can't. For the original cover it will cost SGD65/- FYI.
Thanks agian, this Singapore website, makes this place feel like home.
Cheers to all!

Echelon>- Don't mention it mate. Pesonally I felt the T68 had a more solid look than T68i. Especially the lunar grey color. Just take the T68 battery and T68i battery for comparision, Our T68 battery had the rubber effect look whereas the T68i battery once you look at it you know it is plastic. Even the phone cover itself due to the light color design, you can feel that it looks very plastic. This is my personal opinion. Hope all T68i owners do not mind.

They are situated at diagonally opposite of Novena MRT Station beside
the Shell petrol station. I think taking MRT is more easy.
