Teamster.... I used to work 12hr shifts. Got myself a 9-5 a month or so ago( same time i split with my twat of a missus) Still can sleep properly... I blame the split with the missus... oh and my small addiction to the fairy dust...

I'm glad to hear it mate. My best friend went totally off the rails when his wife had an affair, came to a head with a whole bottle of CoDydramol, luckily I persuaded him to let me in before he passed out. Never in my life thought I'd put someone in the recovery position for real.
