It's just empty. Leave it plugged in for a while and it'll wake up and show the charging animation, then you can boot it.
Also, try charging from the mains rather than the USB PC port. I always find this to be much better.

Darm broke my X10i this morning ina rush I knocked it into the kitchen basin. I didnt relise it wasnt working till lunchtime when I tried to turn it on, it vibrated thats all, got home and shoved into a bowl of rice but I think its dead. Carphonewarehouse quoted me £100 for repair. Its my fault so very annoyed! See what happens with it this week but I reck its dead Sob!
