Hi intelegent115,
this is one of UIQ 3.0's main new feature, ie, allowing applications to work across different form factors
Cheers

Hey did anyone see the P990 on Channel 4's (or is it FiveTV) gadget show??
The Guy reckoned some new Nokia smartphone was a better option
I really wonder where he got holdof one though

He kind of reminds me of those phone shop employees, just regurgitating a Nokia press release. While the N80 is a powerful phone, it doesn't have the 'completeness' of the P990. I've had a play with both and can safely say that the P990 is a far more versatile phone. Besides the N80 wouldn't fit in my pocket, it's far too bulky!

Will we get any confirmation on the final camera spec? Be nice if they could drop the 3.2 in there.

The 2mp is the final spec, always has been.
The camera quality should get better though, hopefully, because as of right now the P990i's camera seems poor by comparison to my K750i.

Too bad I haven't seen everything from SE with Tv-Out, at least prototypes. That's the future man: plug your phone to the tft of your car and play on.

TV out would be a nice feature to have like the Samsung D600 model.
Don't think this will be implemented on the P990i unless we want to wait another 12 months!

I could be wrong, but doesnt the P990i support streaming presentations etc via either Wi-Fi or Bluetooth ? whats the difference ?
I cannot be bothered to look through endless amounts of P990i webpages to see if its true or not..
