well, i read his (Eldar) post in USEB forum.

He said, "C905? I've seen it. Still no match for Nokia, smartphone is always better than normal phone"

All i can say is, he's too attached with this "Smartphone" concept.

Errm he's a 100% right! Smartphones are better and more versatile than Java based one's you know. Have you ever used one?

I know I have- both Nokia and SE smartphones. The UI is horrible! Non-smarphones are much easier (and more pleasant) to use, IMO.

I also agree

The UI of nonsmartphones is much easier I know, but the A200 is so slow, also in the new phones . and S60 is not that hard to get use of it=/

Weird, my mom's W890 is at least as speedy as my K810 (which, in turn, is pretty fast).

Math time!!!

570euro = £450

K850i from se store = £350
Bought from ebay = £150
Conversion rate = 0.42857142857142857142857142857143

450*0.42857142857142857142857142857143= £192
£192 - £100 (K850i) - £10 (stand) - £25 (GPS Headset) = £57

Yah, just over a days work (i'm only 15)

Yeah I prefer non-smartphone UI too, that's why I could never buy a Nokia. I'll have to look to other brands if SE goes down because Nokia uses Symbian on all their high end phones.

The posted photos are too small. Could as well be taken with a K750 (well almost). Here's me looking forward to seeing some 8 MP photos.

@Abu

True -

But colours seem to be accurate, and the sharpness of the image - while we know its a reduced image - seems to be good.

I think he might be trying to work out the C905 price after its release. I bet it will become available for less than £450.

Q. What will the new phones cost?

A. It’s not Sony Ericsson without the operators that can set the prices for the markets, and they can vary by market. Our estimate is that the C905 will cost around the same as the K850 did when it was released.
