Yours is very old. The latest is R1FA035 CID53.

mine is prog1208-0527_china_SI R1BA038..SEUS didnt update mine

oh at last!
i manage to do the flashing by myself(hooray!) and there's no problem with this new fw that i installed
although i did not flash it with the latest fw (R1FA035 - so many complains i read in forums) so i decided to use R1EA033.

lol , do you think that anyone from SE who is responsible for Firmware updates is actually reading this thread?
You are better off calling them up on the telephone and saying this. It will have a greater impact.
They don't care about internet forums.
