@gov hutch has free sms, so you might want to consider it. But you should have a balance greater than 250 if you want gprs. @satan then why do all my friends and relatives say that spice sucks? And besides, i dont see spice often when i do a network search when i'm travelling in the country side. Bsnl is the champion for coverage. If you ask me, airtel is second, followed by hutch, and them spice. @gov he you are not planing to in cross country, them you can choose spice as i read that local gsm calls r50ps

@satan actually its the other way round: it has good tariffs and bad coverage. Calls to local gsm's is just 50ps/min! @all i saw an ad about t290 given with airtel for 3990rs with free talktime worth rs1000!

The gprs sms sending thingy doesn't work anymore. On hutch you get 400 sms free per month but i think thats only with prepaid.
