Best way is to test different camdrivers and decide which suits You best. I recommend Strong 5.7-6.1

D750i@K750i doesn't restart with Strong 6.1 fixed (CC)
To be honest my camera restarted only once, when I had D750i software and original SE camdrivers (4.5 or something), now I have R1DB001 soft and no restarts since.
