i had a problem wiv Phones4u 2day, u rememba i was sayin bout them still havin 2 give me accessories promised wiv the fone. the guy hu sold the fone 2 me has now left the company, and he didnt write it on the receipt or nethin. nd wen i went 2 c them 2day but the manager werent there so now im w8in for his call. also the manager hu was there wen the guy sold me the fone is nolonger there now aswell and she knew bout it! and theyre gettin a new manager in the new yr! obviously got huge staff problems......sorry Ego, but i am quite appaled wiv the customer care at Phones4u, wen i foned them they didnt even want 2 listen, theyre just like come in and talk 2 us, we're busy! didnt even want 2 know wat ma problem was. probz just this store.....

sorry to hear about that pal. Bit of advice when the new manager comes in ask him for a bit of a goodwill gesture for all the hoops you are having to jump through.
They have got some le-way in this matter.
We always try to honour anything a prvious employee has offered.
Just try to explain to him that john doe said i can have this and this but at the time had none in stock is there a way to get them. Do thiw with the manager, It is always nice to have someone come in and be social rather than shout i know i tend to do more for anyone that talks to me i have even knocked 20 quid off a bluetooth headset b4.
My best advise to you is go down and see him, be genuine, and easy going you should get what you want. If not come up and see me and i will see what i can do. prob not a lot but i will try.

thnx 4 ur advice m8. yea i alwayz like 2 c them in person otherwise they dont pay much attention! when i went 2day, the temp manager had left early n had left sum new guy in charge! i told the guy 2 tell the manager 2 give me a call asap.
