Are you working on a 64bit-Computer ?
Does a reinstall of the setup help ?
Maybe it also helps on Win7 to set the compatibilitymode for the setup to Windows 2000

Its true - no plans to support other brands. But the Satio is a SonyEricsson-Phone (i missed this on the quted post). I don't know how much work it would be cause i have currently no tester with a Satio-Phone. Currently i don't know if i can adapt MyPhoneExplorer for the Satio. I promise nothing but i'll take a look at it.

First of all I would like to congratulate you for an amazing product. I think you've done a great job producing MPE! I'm thinking of purchasing 120 Satio for the company employees, but first I have to know that MPE will work with it.
Please post if you figure out a way to adapt MPE for the Satio.

@mallaccra: Sorry, no MMS-Support
@simsthlm: There is light on horizont. Inbetween there are some users with a Satio and i made some adaptions just throught analyzing their logfiles. I know that not all features will be supported, but i think the basic features (sync, sms, filebrowser, call manager) can be done. Currently i don't want to buy a Satio cause i don't know if there will be more models of SE based on Symbian S60. But it would bring me forward if i would have a test-device here. Have you special price-conditions or are you able to borrow me a Satio ? if yes -> please contact me via email.
