Hi mari! Welcome. Mababait talaga mga tao d2 sa esato esp pcc. The same thing hapend 2 me when i bought dis fone. Sasabihn ng 211 s yo na dey chekd & activated na raw. Lahat ng kausap ko yan ang cnabi. I requested 4 MANUAL activation kc turo yan ng frend ko frm globe- as in hnintay ko sya hbang ina activate nila manualy, afterwards on-off lng 3X den d inverted triangle appeard. Try mo lng. Hope it works. :-)

@marie, go to Globe and ask them to do the GPRS configuration for you. Doon makikita kung gprs activated talaga ang sim mo.
