No need, it's a known fact that TFT isn't a panel type...
TFT is just the transistor layer that is responsible of controlling each pixel and sub-pixel of any kind of panel being IPS, VA, TN or even AMOLED.. and yes AMOLED uses TFT to control each pixel and subpixel of the panel...
