About macro setting:
You use macro in order to take pics of an object really close to u.
In order to take a macro picture,when you focus the camera lens move from range 0.5 - 0.8 (it is a pure example i don't know the real range). The normal mode is used to take normal shots and when you focus the camera lens move from range 0.8 - 1.2 (example).

Now the 5 focus modes are:
0 normal mode range 0.8-1.2
1 full range 0.5 - 1.2
2 fast mode range 0.85-1.15 only it is a lot faster than normal focus. As you can see it is faster because it does not use the normal range it reduces the normal mode.
3 fast mode and full range means range 0.55 - 1.15 that means almost full range and it is faster
4 macro mode range 0.5 - 0.8

Again: All values are examples. I don't know the exact range values that the k750/w800 camera lends uses for focusing.

Dear all, news since cam driver 9.90? Any newer one? Which one is the best? To have 15fps and 10fps for day and night video should I put like that?

VR_NORMAL_MODE_FR=3c;
VR_NIGHT_MODE_FR=14

thanks

Will these drivers do any good to my w800 with lastest w800 firmware? Its not the same as k750 so I was wondering if all these modding and stuff would benefit both phones....

@flintolino

If you use the latest firmware, you should totally go for it!
It wouldn't work as nice with the old firmwares, though (some of the drivers act a bit buggy with old firmwares). I recommend that you try 10.01 and 9.90.

is it possible to have a driver with just the compression-tweak?
I'd like to have the lowest compression possible as i have enough space anyway..

Or is it easy to do it yourself?
