I have downloaded raider k800 camdriver v633. After extract the file, there’s some files contained camdriver0.dat, and one folder “for pacth”. Now, can I copy the folder into the same area with camdriver0.dat? or I don’t need copy this folder?
if there's must be copy, where?
ifs/setting/camera?
so there's must be 2 files, camdriver0.dat n camdriver1.dat and also one folder for pacth too?
please tell me, i'm newbie
n sorry for my english.

Jundi on which world do U live ?

Camdriver0 is for main camera and camdriver1 is for 3G camera. U need to copy only camdriver0 to ifs/settings/camera. Graphics in folder "for patch" are to make yourself a graphic patch to let U use the driver easily

Raider mode:
1. jpeg can be created with 91% and in ~900kb file
2. 91% is too much for ~900kb, quality will be decreased
3. 91% is good but file size will be much smaller than ~900kb, quality will be increased (--how far?)
Goldmen mode:
- can I compress picture at 100% quality in ~900kb?
- no, increase compression and try again
- can I compress picture at 98% quality in ~900kb?
- no, increase compression and try again
- can I compress picture at 93% quality in ~900kb?
- no, increase compression and try again
- can I compress picture at 85% quality in ~900kb?
- no, increase compression and try again
- can I compress picture at 75% quality in ~900kb?
- yes
Raiderski:
OK,i see.
But which do the better quality image upshot?
(sorry for my poor english)

Jundi
Read carefully first post of Raiderski in this thread - there is written!
Also the whole thread is written to allow everyone to share user experience...
Much more details you will find in drivers archive - readme,changelog,customization...
Good luck!

any new updates to come?
I don't know, I'm playing with some small things but nothing important
Goldmen & vudu70
when flash is used, why "file size/quality" ratio seems different (according to EXIF) with same compression settings?
explanation can be simple, different data = different compression
Is it possible to implement manual settings for compression...?
yes, it's possible but why you want to do this?
But which do the better quality image upshot?
scenario from Goldmen is nothing more than just scenario from point #2
