I dont get the review. They're saying that the sound coming from the earphones are bad.
isnt it that the phone comes with HPM-77? and they're like one of the best

I think they mean besides that for loudness the speakers are win.

Well the headphones that come with my w595 that i recently won are great. The sound is solid with plenty of bass clarity and loudness. Think some reviews on Phone Arena are quite fussy

@ Kits Sorry I don't understand what id3 mp3 means or if it can display lyrics. I've played mp3 tracks but haven't seen lyrics. Hope someone else can help.

BTW I'm so glad that the walkman (like w810i), internet or camera (like k800i) don't accidentally come on! Hurrah for a proper locking phone.

PhoneArena reviews are hardly accurate IMO, they said INNOV8's camera samples are dissapointing in their review. GSMArena is more reliable. But theirs are still an interesting read =)

Only thing better about Phone Arena is they discribe what the call quality is like in detail of each handset which imo is good to know. GSM Arena just say the same words every time about call quality not very informative.

I've tried the ear phones that come boxed with the phone compared to my Sennheiser MX350. The Sony ones are ok, but my Sennheiser are much much better. Only negative about using mine is that when they're connected to the handsfree part the cable is very long, but I rarely use the handsfree bit anyway.

Thanks for trying. For songs, most MP3 tag editing softwares will allow specifying lyrics of the song. While listening to the song the player will have option to display lyrics. iPhone has this feature and I have over 500 songs with lyrics. So, got addicted to this feature. This is the image for iPhone displaying song lyric when it's being played.

I got this phone a few weeks ago, it's freakin awesome. Then again my phone before this was the w200i so the upgrade was HUGE. Plenty of games and fun applications to fool around with when you're bored. It even has a guitar tuner (which actually works). Still trying to find a nice clear (and louder) pair of headphones though. The pair that I already have are too soft and the pair that came with the w995 are uncomfortable for my ears likings. Anybody recommend a good pair of headphones?
