I have not posted a full review of the S700i at this time. I have posted a preview thread with some photos. The full review will be up on Sunday. Here is a couple photos though of the S700i and one of the camera quality which is the best I have ever found on a Camera/Phone.... It is really, really good and would be more appropriate to say its a camera primary and a phone secondary..

A completely unretouched photo taken with the S700i at its maximum resolution....camera was about 5 inches from the subject and although the butterfly is in focus..so is the background as well. Color reproduction and a very low noise element demonstrate how good the internals are in this device. It is the guts of a Sony/Cybershot camera and proves that a quality CCD is much better than a CMOS sensor used in most camera phones. Optics and larger sensor are really the primary reason for such improvement. Much better than the 1.3 photos I've taken with the MpX and MpX220...

Trust me, the display is a LOT better then the k700. I don't think there's a better display on the GSM market at the moment.

I have used 3 262K display phones...alll of them being compared together. The Motorola MpX220, RaZr and the Sony/ERicsson S700i. Although it is very good...the best by far is the RaZr.... maybe because its larger...but the screen of the S700i is beautiful...

Damn,
I have missed a lot in this thread during my visit in Germany.

BengalBoy, that is some really serious thing you have brought to us and I expect your review to be as extensive as your review of K700i was. I'm looking forward to read your review.

ok was just reading the s700 thread on the hofo website and there's a guy claiming that o2 and orange already have stock of the s700 and that it will go on sale on the 21st of september! this surely can't be true?
