What does Togari have besides from the water-resistance and thickness that the note 3 doesn't have? Care to explain.

Honami is going to be the best Phoablet out, at least until Summer 2014 - yes, it will actually take other mobile phone companies that long to even get near to catching up with Honami's specs, let alone come close to beating them.

do not rule out the Note 3...phablets are Samsungs strength...
Exactly, it is Sony which should worry about the Note 3, not the other way around. With the exynos not up to samsung's expecatations, the note 3 will probably use the S800. If sammie decides to go with their own exynos I will be surprised.
Apart from that, the note will have it's SPEN whereas the Sony might not even feature one or it won't be the main aspect, and this might hurt the Sony. Finally size might be the biggest factor where a 6 inch phone will be more comfortable to hold in one hand than a 6.44 inch phone.
Sony always has a way to screw things up, it's like a gift. I am not intending to diss this phone before it comes out but it is hard to keep hope sometimes.

Hence why I said the best Phoablet, because I wasn't talking about the best Phablet; until Summer 2014

No digitizer pen limits the functionality of Togari as a proper phablet, Even though it makes sense given that it's a media centric phablet, there were already apps in playstore that can take advantage of pressure sensitive pens like for example photoshop touch, besides if Sony wants intends to make a real all-in-one product then I really wonder why they would leave this nifty feature in the dark

There are some rumors Samsung may launch Note 3 on June 20 instead of at IFA in Sep. But if they wait until Sep then Sony has a huge chance to grab the lead, being the first with the S800!

Design, display and media applications will be Togari's selling point against Note 3, pretty sure once Sony launches the device Samsung will release a Note 3 spinoff with heavy focus on multimedia

Note 3 is rumoured to have 13mp. I think both will be par in terms of display and audio but the Note 3 will have better camera plus a stylus and probably floating touch!

Note 3 will outsell togari no matter what, even if the note has worst specs than togari.
They have big enough fan base and the galaxy note series is well known. Not so Sony and togari

you should hve properly read what unknown13x said...
Acc. to him togari will hve some kind of hover technology "maybe floating touch" which will absolutely rule out the need of stylus and digitisers maybe with some clever use + togari's screen will also be compatible with stylus and pencil so that stylus/pencil lovers hve no problem...
Acc. To all this Togari will actually hve a two in one kind of utility which even the note 3 might fail to offer...
