^ @ everyone :
Honami has a screen size of 5 inches. Devices with a screen size of 5 inches or greater (but that are still smaller than Phablets) are: Phoablets

phoablet or whatever I only know one thing:
Honami is a flagship!
Definitely!

Guys, stop being so hostile to nightwing. This is something revolutionary. Nightwing, if between a phone and a phablet is a phoablet, what's between a phone and a phoablet? Also, what's between a phoablet and a phablet?

Please stop with that. No need to come out with your own term which is essentially useless. Any device up to 5" is a phone, and anything beyond that is a phablet. There is no need for a "new" term

Then Honami is only just a phone and not quite a phablet.

It will support almost all major bands I believe thanks to World Multi Mode in Snapdragon 800.
If I'm not wrong Z already supports AWS.
I know that the SoC itself can support almost, if not all, frequencies and technologies. To my knowledge, it's up to SONY on what radio they're placing in the device. The Z does support AWS, but only on the C6602, which is the HSPA only version. For their C6603, the international one does not support AWS on both the HSPA and LTE modem. One of the main reason I never got the Z. Here I'm hoping that AWS would be available on their international model, for Honami. Don't want to wait for a carrier branded one, and nor do I want to buy a carrier branded phone. Which is the case with Z right now, the C6606 is pointing to be a T-Mobile branded version.

nightwing! you made my night

(based on my timezone

)
no offense but keep it up dude, I enjoyed chatting in this thread lately because we have users like you who loves asking questions which forces our community sources to spill out every beans they've got
I notice some of us aren;t anxious to see a honami spypic even after EOS got leaked, I personally don't like spypics as it sometimes ruin the fun, Sony just needs to stage a jaw dropping announcement for Honami sometime and it'll shock the mobile world

@razec you're evil. pure. evil.
i do agree. i think they should release an announcement date and let us all squirm in our seats waiting for the day. they should just shock everyone and make a huge deal out of it with lots o fanfare and hot women
on another note.. xperiablog has apparently confirmed the Xperia Z Ultra name? and other specs and what not. did they get their info from here? who knows.. but they sound pretty confident reporting everything

I don't know - I think I'd eventually like to see a spypic of a small section of the rumoured device, just to get the juices flowing.

@moogoo: Thanks!

and yes we need hot girls on honami annoucement, as many as the show girls that represented PC brands at computex
I'm curious how good triluminous display can be in real life situations, The specs sheet screams awesome but i wonder how it stacks against LG's IPS-HD.
