its kinda cheap nowadays
i think about 70-80 bucks in low yat?

u cant use regular usb cable
u can only use dss-25 or dss-20
thats a docking station
anyway u sure u wanna do the online update thing?
read some thread about it
and it seem not very stable yet

latest will be R7C. but if u don't face any problem with ya existing firmware. advisable do not make the upgrade. as for me i have no problem with the R6C and i do not want the latest upgrade.
p/s no doubt the upgrade service is free for under malaysia warranty. but there is no need to make every new update whenever a new version is out

I spoke to Mr Chong of EricServe, and according to him you can jolly well use the DKU-11 cable to do the upgrading of firmware. So its not only the DSS-25.
But still I prefer to bring it to EricServe to have it upgraded. The best place to be even though they are others around.
And it only takes half an hour for EricServe to upgrade the K700i's firmware. No need to leave it there for days!
