It's a setting on the network I believe. There is a thread on it
here but I'm not sure if the solution works.

Apparently the C702s aren't actually all that great and the paint wears off easy. I'm glad I decided on the C902 in the end and didn't go for the C702. I'm really happy with my choice! So where are you working over there JiSm?
Workin in Orange atm. Lookin forward to 30th. X1 will finally be avaliable for purchase! Should be a good day
@yea_g
You can go into the store and get them to call up. You have the option of 10, 20 30 or 40 seconds for voicemail.

and their going to get more I just found out this
On the Vodafone network your handset is automatically setup to ring for 20s before connecting to our voiceMail service.
If you are an On Account customer you can extend this up to a maximum of 30s.
*
* * 61 * 021700100*11*(entire the time in secs) # SEND.
Prepaid customers are unable to change this setting.
how can on account be changed but not prepay????? and set to 20s thats crazy in reality it rings for like 10 sec before going to voicemail. aaaaaaaarrrrrrrrrrrrggggggggggghhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
