@786KBR: Are you serious, you've got no family in Durbs? I'd love to go next week only because the race will be run on a street circuit and I love Durban streets because they're so broad unlike the narrow ones we have in Slaapstad.

@ama You work night shift too or what? Mine is almost finished Your wife must be indeed a good/kind women not to complain - you must be spending hours on your cell every day ! I see you mention, every time you take a pic, 'taken with the n73'

@ Mario,
I've just woken up..
LOL no, there's no night shift in my profession, unless I've got loads of things to get through with the occasional unreasonable deadline.
As I mentioned earlier, I'm on a week's holiday at the moment and we're pretty much night owls..

Hours on the cellphone? With UK GPRS rates? No ways boet. If you look at the bottom of my posts, there are very few posts made on any of my 'WAP devices'. I am certainly not able to sit in front of the PC the whole day either as it may seem, even with frequent posting.

It's simple, and this is how I balance things (which is an art-form of sorts)with the better half, who is of course priority numero uno:
At work or at home, I have esato and others minimised, so that in between break times, lunch time, after school between marking and admin, or while doing the chores or helping the mrs at home, it's a simple case of refreshing the pages and posting where appropriate.

There's no ways I could do it other than that. Yes, the mrs is a good lass indeed, I'm blessed, but there has been the odd time that I've got carried away with the 'net and I've had to do a few apologies and reality checks. We're human. She's very into her music practising (keyboard and guitar), so we manage our time carefully while ensuring that quality time between us remains top priority. Yes, it can be an artform indeed..

The reason I stipulate which phone I use when taking pics is two-fold.
Firstly, as you'll see in my signature, I own several handsets and therefore make the distinction as to which one I'm using, but only bother taking pics with the N73 now. However, I still use the P900 to post with if I'm away from a PC...luuurrrve my qwerty keyboard.

Secondly, it keeps the pics relevant to cellphone-related topics and forums; if I took pics of the bikes or whatever with the stand-alone digital camera, what am I doing with the pics on a cellphone-related website? They'd then only really be appropriate for some other non-cellphone related websites' forums.
At least this way I can kinda merge 2 or more of my interests...ya, there's some method in Wanqa's madness...

@ama - That was quite an EVENING with your wifey dude I was just wonderin' why when you make your POST here . . . your PROFILE does NOT lit the - ONLINE icon beside your avatar Are you posting via - WAP

@ Jojo, I think much of what I replied to Mario would explain the lack of seeing the 'online' icon next to my name, in that I log off fairly quickly after posting because I'm never sure when I'll be able to post again during a usually very busy day at work, or I may be busy with things around the house etc.
I don't like to leave it online as then it appears if I'm available to chat or discuss when I'm actually not. I guess the proof of this is erratic times that I post during the day.
Basically, if I have short windows of opportunity to post amongst all the other things that I need or want to do during the day or night, then I'll log on and post if/when appropriate.
Yup, it's a bit of a juggling act of sorts.

Right, lemme go make some brunch...

Motorola depreciation example #2748:

The UK's CPW are now trying to shift more stock of the KRZR K1 by now supplying a free Bluetooth headset and lowering the price to £129.95 (approx R1820) when bought with £10 airtime:
