I never said water tops over drinks! Just that each has it's own benefit. Drinks are supposed to give you much more of course!

hmm..just checked gatorade.com and it seems gatorade is different from rest. It IS in sooth a thirst quencher! So there are differnt types of energy drinks available...
I just started to drink red bull and it seemed quite good
Only thing is the cost factor (Rs. 75 for 250 ml
)
