Oh yeah - the sony sketch font doesn't support chinese language, it leaves a blank item under the language menu.
Almost perfection! just a little more research and its done!

I just clean the the minute dirt particles accumulated on the small sensor under the xenon flash... and Voila! The snaps are really better now
Some of the pictures were overexposed (too bright) before cleaning,.. but now they seem quite natural.
I knew about this tip but never tried. Thanks to the person who gave us this tip...

I can't seem to download from his site. (1MB>?)
ALso, i found the extracted R1FA035 file in rapidshare (15mb) but it doens't contain all of the files.
Most folders are empty while they're not on my phone
