Whew, just got back home... heat and traffic were terrible... good thing that megamall had free parking for scooters and motorbikes.

Pretty strange in Manila today bart, one minute the sun is blazingly hot and now there's a dark cloud looming around our area about to release some showers... must be the cloud seeding thing to cool things up here.

Frankly, I fancy these telcom devices since I was a child, started out with 2way radios on UHF with automatic phone patch capability... wanted to try new technology as it came here in the Philippines in the 1990s, from Amps/namps, etacs, tdma (I was the 1st subscriber here), cdma and now gsm and even satellite.

Right now I use the T68, T39 and the R190 gsm/satellite phones (all Ericssons)... not all of the Philippines is covered by just one provider nor all are covered by gsm.
