LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOL
Let's see a school of thought with their respective great thinkers beat that!
(I'm now in second place [2 out of 2] for now, I have a feeling I'm going to drop a LOT further depending on how much the community contributes to nightwing researching this noble issue...
Maybe we could have a vote later once everyone has presented their theories...)
On-topic.
Apple has shown us that an inferior device can sell in greater quantity with a greater price. This won't be hard to market, it definitely should be marketed as much as possible - the fruits of which will be seen in the sales of its successor.

@cu015170 and moogoo: if that's the case, then I'll be glad to be awfully mistaken

I'm thinking any future tablets from Sony would almost certainly use that MultiSensing tech from Neonode if Z Ultra is going to use it. It makes perfect sense for tablets and will be their answer to the Note series of tablets too. Really, is there any disadvantage to this tech compared to the Wacom option Samsung uses?
Just guessing here, but I'd also assume any future tablet would be at least S800 and have a triluminos display. Ramu mentioned Honami was supposed to get a shock rating, so how cool would it be if the Tablet Z successor had one too?
I'm 98% sure I'm going to skip the Tablet Z at this point. It's VERY nice, but if I'm being honest with myself I can do a lot of the same crap on my Tablet S. The Vaio Duo 13 is still in the cards, but I'll have to find a way to justify the price to myself. Ah well, wait and see.
Also on a personal level, very excited as my friends have vowed to buy me Honami as my Birthday gift later in the year! SUPER DUPER EXCITED

Dude it requires a huge boarder around the screen for the infra-red signals. Like I said, Z Ultra wont use that. It would make zero sense

This would suggest that Samsung is following Sony 2012 and HTC for flagship refresh every quarter?

1. Pixel binning was considered for Honami in the initial stages when it was supposed to have a 20 MP module. But now with a 13 MP unit, I'm not sure if they will go for pixel binning. From what I've heard lately, they won't.
2. Tablet Z successor, no info yet.
3. C680X - Honami
C683X - Phablet.
I had posted this earlier, although it's not completely confirmed and spectre51 may be right about C690X
4. Samsung Galaxy SIV with S800 will be exclusive to Korea I believe, last year the S3 had a similar refresh in Korea with 2GB RAM.

Yes, but I also posted that plan had been cancelled way back. There is no Z refresh. And that old rumor was not about S800 though, only S600.
On Topic
Who wants Sony boomsound ?
Honami has twin stereo speakers apparently.
And phablet uses this tech perhaps ?

If the acquisition success, others Japanese phones can be sold in US market with carrier subsidized, either from Sprint or T-Mobile (Softbank's backup plan

)
