@Duran
Did you manage to turn off your camera sound in the silent mode?

yes I did!
I copied the camerashutter4 with an empty .3gp, set the camera to use camera sound #4, and voila:)
so thanks mark187.

Next: option to force the flash & LED!

Guys, could you let me know which firmware you are all running? I updated via SEUS many months ago and my phone is running R1FA035. The last few weeks it's been getting worse and worse. Phone freezes, crashes, and sometimes I go to use it and see that it's just completely switched itself off.

I came on in the hope there would be a newer firmware and it seems they aren't making any more! Arggggh. What to do!? Would a re-install via SEUS help? Do I need to use some other software?

Thanks for any help guys.

What happens when you restart your phone is that it turns the xenon flash again.
So, what I really want is that the default xenon setting is off instead of on.

What you want is already there. Once you turn off the flash, it will not be set automatically to the automatic even if you restart your phone.

R1FA035 is the latest (still now) firmware. And it is almost stable. You need a reflash it via SEUS. Coz this time it will flash the whole fs&the main. I hope this helps.

Sorry, can you explain what this means? Is it like setting it to factory defaults? Do I need to backup my contacts etc?

Yes u need to backup ur contacts,msgs etc with MyPhoneExplorer or some other software.. coz now SEUS doesn't update the main part only, it now completely reinstall the whole firmware. (just like a clean windows installation.)

@sniper_supra lol Do you know u can do that by pressing the #Key?

You've gotta change the cda and then use SEUS.
The cda can be changed using a Customize_upgrade.xml and uploading it using a2uploader.
