It was supposed to have UIQ4. Now it hasn't even got UIQ3.3!??? WTF!!!!??? All these rumours just gave me high expectations, if SE doesnt meet them unfortunately I will have to go for another company that does.

These rumours are not confirmed by anybody really, it's rather like a game. There's no reason to make any statements yet.
As for UiQ 4.0, it's just a name.
UiQ series 3 is based on Symbian series 9, that's logical and simple, no reason to freak out about the name and to break the logic. The UiQ4.0's name was also a rumour..
Some of you take too seriously every piece of sh..it proposed by "leaks".
Think reasonably, for instance: UiQ website shows some UiQ3.3 interface, even old Paris protos show it, so why you talk about 3.0 now? No confirmation.
And anybody thinking SE will introduce flagship device on old hardware, is just pathetic - do you believe that??? You think they're stupid? Having X1 on a great platform?
Be more reasonable.
