i tried it on other computer with no SEUS, so i install SEUS n still da same...so i guess is impossible to change CDA using dat way...

Guyz never try to upload customize_upgrade.xml, coz it will never let u change ur CDA. All it does is disabling the firmware reinstalling(reflashing) option on SEUS.

Where did you read that? It seems to have worked for some if you read the thread over at "myforum".

Your wrong ive done that on 2 K850i's & i was able to use SEUS to debrand them.

There must be something wrong with either your phone or with the way you're doing it. Make sure to follow the instructions precisely. You could also try a master reset and then have another go.

I had the same problem, you have to choose the correct CDA and it will work. Example below
Say,
You have the R1EA037 software on VF and you want it brand to latest o2, you have to find the CDA for o2 on the R1EA037 firmware. you cannot just use any CDA for o2 FW it has to be for R1EA037.
For me to debrand my phone i used any old CDA and i got the same error as you but when I found the CDA value for my version of the FW it worked a charm
