Why arent all SE cameras that good then? You look at K770i sample images and theyre very sharp for a mobile phone, give great colour reproduction and noise is barely noticable. Thats how it should be. I really hope all future phone cams are this good.

Tigershark,

K770's camera is a wonderful camera to compare it with. Very much alike in terms of quality.

IF shiho is announced jun 17 what about K850 successors is it cancelled?

...one thing that just popped into my mind, the word "Shiho" in japanese actually has a meaning; "four corners".

It might be a tad OT, but I still found this a bit intriguing.
(Yes, the phone probably has four corners, but still, could there be a deeper meaning to the name?! )

This interpretation is of course depending on the original kanji (japanese/chinese pictogram) which the phonetics shi-ho was "printed" from, and it could of course be a just a given name...

That's what I mean, Ive just seen K770i sample pics and it's great. So why aren't all other releases (G900, G700, supposedly Paris, etc) as pleasing in terms of picture quality? Are SE trying to reduce quality of other phones because they aren't K or C series? I think I saw sample shots from the X1 that looked very very good. So if SE already has the software sorted, why are they so selective in implementing it? Doesn't this harm the end user experience (isn't each phone is meant to provide a unique user experience?).

No no, not these. I already saw these pics taken with the X1. Just thought that you saw pics taken with the G702.
