Live and learn. NOw I'll be doing a backup to Memory card at least once a week... At least SEUS fixed it. Phone went for 4 months before this BROD.

Unfornately I have to tell you that s not a software problem, it s a hardware problem.
I had the same problem on my K850 and I reflashed 2 times and it didnt work.
I had to replace the LCD screen so its working fine again.
I recomed you take it to a service center if it still has warrantry.

Hello, i use a w890 Acoustic for my K850i, an the sound is much better that the original k850.
There is a Mod or acoustic file from w890 to get Clear audio and Clear bass presets in my k850?
And there is a mod to uptade the walkman 3.0 an get visualizations from w890 and other new Walkman Phones?
The k850 use walkman 3.0. but no visualizations.
