Most of those you mentioned have weird widescreen versions of the QVGA resolution. And, of course, I'm not talking about either Japanese nor upcoming handsets.

The only thing I could get are some features of the screen (resolution and bitrate), 2 soft keys, phone keypad and supported file formats. The only other thing there is are the profiles to bluetooth, wap, java etc.. So nothing really interesting.

C300 should only be the internal name of this device. That doesn't mean it's gonna be a C-series hand set. Just look at beibei, it's internal name is P220 and the real name is G702.

But they do still have larger screen resolutions. And by the time shiho will be out, iphone2 some htc's and maybe one or two nokia phones will be out. With larger screen resolutions then c300/shiho.
What about nokia n80, over 1.5 years old..
Eten glofiish x800..
Sharp 904.
Nokia E90 communicator. (wierd screenrez, but way over qvga)
Iphone (also diffrent screenrez, but also larger than qvga)
..

Yeah , but its symbian as every P series. If its cybershot then maybe C.
