Hi all,
I have this problem with my flip keypad. When I press 0 what registers is 4 and the 4 button registers as the back button.
HELP!

iv had the same problem the menu button registers as either menu,8,9,7,0 randomly harly ever menu tho, its p900 keyflip im gonna take it off clean the contacts see if that helps, unless anyone knows of a reason why? dan

Its usually to do with moisture getting under the keypad circuits. Once it gets in contact with any water, even damp conditions, unfortuneately its time to buy a new keypad.

Try tightening the screws slightly that hold the keypad on, it might be that they have come loose. Failing that, as already suggested, try cleaning the keypad.
If that fails too, it could well be new keypad time! You could probably pick a secondhand one (or even a new one!) cheaply off Ebay, or put something in the 'accessories wanted' section of Esato, someone somewhere might have a spare one they'd let you have cheaply!
