I'm having problems getting my P910i to connect to my pc with a USB cable. Anyone know what I might be doing wrong?
It says it's connected but then when I click on the logo of the phone on my pc (PC Suite), it says it is not connected
Help, someone please...it is driving me crazy now!

Wish the Landscape Portrait option was there for Spreadsheets (QuickOffice) too, like its there for Videoz. More width translates to better viewing of Columns.
Also, there's another since P800 days...
Please let us delete Call List entries in Flip Closed mode. Selectively, by pressing 'C'-> 'Yes' .. as it has been for non UIQ ones.

Biggest problem is anti-virus software. Turn it off for 5 m ins and you should get a connection.

If you have a firewall the phone may need permission to get past that!

Many thanks for your help and advice, but I've already tried that and it still won't work

At the moment I have it 'connected' to com port 5 which is showing as an 'unknown' port..and when I take the phone off the usb cradle it shows as being 'disconnected' then when I put the phone back on it says 'connected'
All well and good but when I click on the PC suite logo to do a back up and restore it still says disconnected and won't open up the programme.
In fact it won't open up anything at all to do with PC Suite.
It's really driving me barmy now, I've been trying for hours now as well...days in fact.
I do have McAfee antivirus installed though but have even tried disabling the firewall etc...but still no joy. Also disabled Windows firewall as well but that didn't change a thing either.
Help!

Just out of interest, broadband shouldn't affect it should it?
Only reason I'm asking this is that when I installed PC Suite and connected my phone to my old pc which was Mindows Millenium and on dial up it worked, and it actually recognised my phone etc.
On my new pc which is Windows XP and on broadband, I can't get it to do anything except make me swear a lot and tear my hair out!
