Hello Mr *********

Thank you for your further email.

The MMS picture messaging service is only available to pay monthly customers at present as it is billed for on a monthly basis and not pay as you use it.

It has only recently been launched on T-Mobile therefore we are only offering it to pay monthly customers. It may be that it will be launched on pay as you go in the future but as of yet we have had no communications of this.

We trust this information will help.

Although we have been able to assist on this occasion, may we remind you to quote your name and password if you have any account enquiries in the future. This will allow us access to your account whilst ensuring we comply with our Privacy Policy.

Have you heard about our mobile email service? This is very similar to the text messaging service you are using at the moment. For just 10p per message you can keep in touch with anyone around the world who has access to email. For more information visit our website at http://www.t-mobile.co.uk/Dispatcher?menuid=phones_tfe_me

If you require further help, please contact us via our website at http://www.t-mobile.co.uk
