My favourite themes are the ones I make myself. I have several Honda NSX themes, 1 Integra type R theme, a BAR F1 theme and 1 of the Auckland city skyline among others. For variety I'm currently using a San Francisco 'Bay Bridge' theme, downloaded from esato of course.

My wifes favourite theme for her Z600 is the custom theme I made for her. It has a picture of her in her wedding dress reclining against our wedding car - a green 2002 Monaro CV6. Popup boxes and some backgrounds are in purple.
