Mine also becomes slow but I soon as I delete apps and sms's it's back to it's normal speeds.

There is hardly any sms in my phone as i clear them every few days. I think the problem either lies in my ringtones(i got 85 of em and 6 full length songs) or the java games. However i used to have 10 games in my phone when i had it within the first week and there was hardly any ringtones.
