> Differences between W800i and K750i

What are the differences between these two phones?
So far I know or have heard of these.
1. Different case and styling (obviously).
2. W800i has 512mb memory stick supplied, compared to the K750i's 64mb card.
3. W800i has Flight mode (not really sure what this is?).
4. W800i has improved MP3 player software (but do not know in what way?).

I *think* the flight mode is the w800's "mp3 mode", Don't remember in which "pre-review" I got it from. When one switch on the w800 you get 2 options A) turn on the phone or B) turn only on the mp3 player.
Correct me if I'm wrong.
