> Nokia 3230 help!

I recently bought 3230.. the application manager shows a few softwares installed which i have not installed myself.. could someone advice if they are system softwares.. the titles in question are:
1) LM Pro
2) XML Parser (expat)
3) 2GO
4) Proximity Toolkit
Another thing is that i want to install an antivirus software in my phone.. I recently dowmloaded F-secure.. but that requires an internet connection which i dnt have.. n considering that I am not goin to be in dis city for long i dnt want to change my service provider.. is there ne antivirus which allows me to update the definations through the net and then upload them on my phone?? please help..
I want to download a few games namely:
1)sky force
2)any nice pool game
3)any nice bowling game.. where can i do that from.. freewares preferred.. (whats the basic diff between freeware and shareware)
one more thing.. when i upload videos on my phone (.mpeg) r they automatically converted to .3gp format or do i have to convert n then load.. if yes then how do i do it..
help..

@ You last question,use a 3rd party app.There are lots of sites where you can download lots of games.Those games you mention are s60 java games,search at google for symbian games which are better.
